SEA STARS COTTAGE

Sea Stars cottage has a casual elegance that is user friendly while being plump with pillows and comforts.

Below the house is the covered parking on the road side. Pass through the gate/doors to find a small fenced in yard and patio/party area on the beach side. Aside from 2 bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 full) and a large shared bath on the main floor there is the huge open area which consists of living dining and kitchen. The kitchen offers a 6 burner restaurant style gas range and seperate side by side freezer and refrigerator as well as every cooking convenience we could think of.

Behind the kitchen is additional pantry space and the "duet" washer & dryer. The living area faces the great Gulf of Mexico mere steps beyond the covered 10 x 30' deck, which holds a teak dining table and chairs. The bar contains an extra ice machine and wine refrigerator. There is a wide screen TV above the gas fireplace and cushy seating for many.

Upstairs find the very special "honeymoon suite" Gulf side, complete with king canopied bed, private deck with seating and an attached private "spa bath". Additionally on the 2nd floor are 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 twin +twin + trundle) on the north side, facing the lagoon, 2 more bathrooms and a library/twin + twin room that faces S.E.

Sea Stars Cottage is of an unusual design, is very comfortable, a bit whimsical and absolutely charming. Please ENJOY!

We are really enjoying our stay at Sea Stars.  We've stayed in many homes over the past 26 years at numerous beaches and we've determined yours is our favorite.  Your kitchen is fantastic...extremely well stocked with everything we could ever need.  My in-laws came in for a few days and we spent Christmas at the beach...a totally new experience for us, and one we'll probably do again.  They are leaving tomorrow morning, but tonight we're heading to Louisiana Lagnaippe for a farewell dinner.

Thanks again for providing such a wonderful home.  We have to look at our schedules for the coming year, but it is very likely we will be booking again--either Nick spring break or the holidays.  Hope you and your family have a healthy and happy new year!!
